Some pieces you wear because they look right - these two you wear because something within you knows they belong there. I created this set for those whose joints and hands have been keeping track of a life well lived - the lattice is engraved diamond by diamond across the full band, the floral piece traced slowly alongside it, both completed on the same morning.

Copper has been worn against the skin for thousands of years by people who needed their bodies to stay in the fight, and those who return to me wearing both always say the same thing: they stopped noticing what they used to notice.

This is one of the last sets I will make before I close my workshop for good. I hope they find the wrists that have earned them.

HOW DO I KNOW IF IT'S REAL COPPER? + −

Pure copper isn't magnetic. Most of the copper jewellery sold online is either plated (a thin copper coating over a cheaper metal like steel or brass) or alloyed with enough iron or nickel to make it feel magnetic — that's the quickest way to spot a fake.

The test is simple:

  1. Grab any fridge magnet
  2. Hold it against your cuff, ring, or necklace
  3. If it sticks — even slightly — it isn't pure copper
  4. If it doesn't stick, you're holding the real thing

Every piece I make is 99.9% pure copper — never plated, never alloyed with cheap metals. Run the test on yours the day it arrives. If it ever fails, I'll refund you immediately.

About Me

Every piece I've made starts with the same intention: to be worn by someone whose body needs it.

Copper has been pressed against human skin for thousands of years — by Egyptian queens, by Roman soldiers, by every generation of women who came before us. Worn quietly, daily, against the skin. I've spent 40 years making these pieces by hand in Sedona, and I've watched people come back year after year.

What started as a craft became something I can only describe as a calling. But now, my granddaughters are growing up without me there — and for the first time in 40 years, something matters more than the work.

Every piece in this collection was made by my hands, one at a time. There are only so many I can make — and once they're gone, I won't be making more.
